三 | 市人大常委会副主任，市总工会党组书记、主席王忠平，市总工会党组副书记、副主席宗明轩，市民政局、市妇联、市广播电视台领导以及各单位党组成员及中层以上干部共计60余人参加了签约仪式。         　　签约仪式由市总工会党组成员、副主席栾静主持，作为合作共建单位，市民政局、市妇联、广播电视台就共同推进孝道文化建设进行了发言。随后，宗明轩代表市总工会分别与3家单位签订了“弘扬孝道文化 践行初心使命”铸魂行动合作框架协议、“弘扬孝文化 传递正能量——妇联在行动”活动合作框架协议、“弘扬中华优秀传统文化 发挥传播引领阵地优势”专项工作合作框架协议。本次签约仪式代表市总工会与市民政局、市妇联、市广播电视台正式结成共推孝道文化建设合作关系，也奏响了孝道文化向更深层次、更广领域、更高水平迈进的新序章。市总工会将分别给予市民政局、市妇联40万元、市广播电视台20万元资金支持，为不断创新孝道文化实践提供强有力支撑和保障。

四 |          　　仪式最后，王忠平做了总结讲话。他说，孝道文化建设合作签约是市总工会学习贯彻落实习近平总书记新时代中国特色社会主义思想，全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神，贯彻落实习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作的论述，贯彻落实习近平总书记关于两个结合的重要讲话，也是贯彻落实全国总工会去年10月份在北京召开的全国工会十八大精神的实际行动，是深化两个结合特别是第二个结合的探索创新，是履行引领广大职工听党话、感党恩、跟党走，动员亿万职工投身到强国建设、民族复兴的伟大实践中，以中国式现代化来推进新篇章的伟大实践的政治自觉，必将推动孝道文化行稳致远。

五 | 王忠平从历史的角度、世界的层面、政治的层面、社会的层面、工会的职责等方面阐述了市总工会倾力持续推进孝道文化建设的重要意义。他表示，签约仪式是市总工会坚持孝道文化创新引领职工群众的再继续、再深入，也是推动孝道文化在滨城大地开枝散叶、蔚然成风的再部署、再起航。他强调，各单位要再深化认识、统一思想，明确目标，狠抓落实，发挥各自组织优势、资源优势、阵地优势，本着“优势互补、资源共享、相互促进、共同发展”原则，深入开展合作，切实推动以孝持家、敬业爱国的孝道力量接续迸发，为助力实现全面振兴新突破三年行动汇聚奋进伟力，努力在谱写中国式现代化篇章中彰显更大担当和作为。
